2. About Divine Television Network
Divine Television Network, Inc. is a nonprofit Christian digital media ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, worship, Christian movies, documentaries, music, children’s programming, conferences, educational
content, and inspirational broadcasting.
Our mission is to glorify God by delivering faith-filled programming that inspires, educates,equips, and transforms lives around the world.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that:
• You are at least 13 years of age, or the age required by law in your jurisdiction.
• If you are under the age of majority, you have permission from a parent or legal
guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
4. User Accounts

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available through Divine Television Network is owned
by or licensed to DTN, including:

• Movies
• Series
• Sermons
• Music
• Podcasts
• Logos
• Graphics
• Images
• Artwork
• Website design
• Mobile applications
• Software
• Source code
• Trademarks
• Service marks
• Written materials
• Educational resources
These materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
7. Streaming Rights
Your access to streaming content is licensed—not sold.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not:
• Record streams for redistribution.
• Broadcast DTN programming publicly without authorization.
• Sell or sublicense DTN content.
• Upload DTN content to other platforms.
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks.
• Modify or create derivative works from protected content.
Authorized ministry partners may distribute programming only under separate written agreements.
8. User-Generated Content
Where permitted, users may submit:
• Comments
• Prayer requests
• Testimonials
• Reviews
• Photos
• Videos
• Messages
By submitting content, you grant Divine Television Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content in connection with our ministry, subject to applicable law.
You represent that:
• You own the content or have the necessary rights.
• Your submission does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Your submission is lawful and accurate.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
9. Community Standards
Users may not post content that:
• Is unlawful.
• Is defamatory.
• Promotes violence or criminal activity.
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Encourages hatred or discrimination.
• Harasses or threatens others.
• Violates another person’s privacy.
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware or malicious code.
Divine Television Network may remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
10. Donations
Donations made through Divine Television Network support our ministry and operations. Unless required by law or expressly stated, donations are considered voluntary and are generally non-refundable.
Payment processing is handled through trusted third-party providers.
11. Purchases and Subscriptions
If premium content, memberships, or paid services are offered:
• Prices are subject to change.
• Taxes may apply.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• Cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
13. Copyright Policy (DMCA)
Divine Television Network respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please submit a
written notice including:
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A statement of good-faith belief.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers
in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
14. Artificial Intelligence
Some DTN services may use Artificial Intelligence to:
• Recommend content.
• Improve search.
• Generate captions.
• Enhance accessibility.
• Moderate community content.
• Improve customer support.
AI-generated recommendations are provided for convenience and should not be interpreted as ministry endorsements unless expressly stated.
15. Availability of Services
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our services will
always be available.
We may suspend or discontinue any service:
• For maintenance.
• Due to technical issues.
• Because of security concerns.
• For legal compliance.
• For operational changes.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
All DTN services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Television Network disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Continuous availability
We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Television Network, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, ministry partners, licensors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Divine Television Network for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Divine Television Network, Inc., its
officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and ministry partners from any claims,
liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of our services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Your violation of applicable law.

Your use of Divine Television Network is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
20. Termination

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Divine Television Network regarding your use of our services.
